Social media is one of the most used types of websites by teenagers

Bullies are most likely to:
·      Posting negative comments on pictures
·      Posting abusive posts on a users wall
·      Using pictures or videos to make fun of another user

Twitter doesn’t have a big of a problem because of the way the site is set up compared to other ones

Ask FM is one of the biggest problems because it can easy cause serious bullying among teenagers and that it is very hard to stop on the website

Snapchat can be a problem because they are able to send photos to make fun of someone.

Things which people can do to try and stop bullying is:
·      Unfriend anyone who is posting negative things
·      Block them
·      Report them to the site
·      Avoid responding to the comments
·      Tell someone
·      Keep record if proof needed.

Here are some signs of social media bullying
·      Withdrawing from family and friends
·      Losing interest in activities they loved
·      Sleeping more
·      A lack of appetite
·      Wanting to harm themselves

1 in 6 parents know their child has been bullied from social media sites

More girls are cyberbullys than boys( 59% girls and 41% boys)

80% say they have defended the victim.

80% think it is easier to hide online bullying from parents than in person bullying.

40% of the firm has reported to discipline an employee about their use of social media.

80% of their clients have social media

60% of the respondents had to deal with at least one issue of bullying.
