Social Action Documentary

The purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness about special needs and to change peoples attitudes towards them but also to give people more information about the campaign. Also the purpose is to realise that everyone is different and even if you have special needs they are still able to do things like others but in a different way. This social action documentary is effective because it gave some quotes which is inspiriting but also they showed some photos which can touch your heart and that there was an emotional side to it because of the background song they had. In the documentary they had interviews which 2 people and one of them shared a real story and how it effected her. My response to the social action documentary is that it gave good information and that in the interview asked some very good questions which had to make them think a bit. With the real story, you touches your heart because someone is going through such a hard time and the photos they showed of some young kids. The clips in the beginning said something and its true because anyone shouldn't say mean words to someone who is different than you. They showed the girl from glee which has special needs which I think was good and interesting because in the show at the beginning they made fun of her but then throughout the series they didn't and they were fine with it. So overall it was a good social action documentary and that it gave good information and that it had a moral to the video at the end because everyone should be treated the same no matter what. Also it gave you ways that you can complain and how you are able to stop people saying mean things to them.
